What is a snail mail subscription?
- Our snail mail subscription is a monthly dose of slow-down magic delivered straight to your letterbox. It celebrates the lost art of letter writing, the kind that travels from Brisbane, Australia and arrives anywhere in the world with a sense of wonder. Each month, you’ll receive a thoughtfully crafted letter, complete with charming little surprises tucked inside, all sealed and stamped the old-fashioned way.

What’s included in my Enchanted Messenger subscription?
- On top of our monthly themed envelope, your first envelope will include a welcome letter from your Enchanted Messenger and an Enchanted Access card so you can receive letters from the fairies. Each themed envelope includes a letter from a fairy and a tiny treasure (this could be in the form of a sticker, journal prompt, artwork, paper activities and/or other trinkets). Some months may have additional letters from your Enchanted Messenger and additional tiny treasures. For example, a sticker and a journal prompt.

What’s included in my Pixie Post subscription?

What’s the difference between Pixie Post and Enchanted Messenger?
- Both are monthly mail subscription programs where each subscriber receives a beautifully curated envelope featuring magical letters told from the perspective of fairies alongside a rotation of stickers/trinkets.
- Pixie Post is a child-friendly version for parents who want to nurture their children’s imagination and love of reading but struggle to find screen-free activities that feel engaging and magical.

Is Pixie Post suitable for all ages?
- Designed for the strongest of believers, every Pixie Post letter is crafted with care and a sprinkle of magic to ensure it’s perfectly suited for young readers (aged 5-10) and stays within a G-rated realm. There are no mature themes or language, only imaginative fun.
That said, every child is wonderfully unique, so we suggest parents read along or take a quick peek at each delivery first, just to make sure it’s the right fit for your little pixie.

When will I get my letter?
- Delivery of your enchanted mail is based on the date that you subscribe.
- Your Enchanted Messenger sends out all letters within the first week of every month. Sign up by the end of the month to be included in the next delivery. For example, join by June 30th to receive July’s letter.
- If you join after the end of the month, don’t worry! Magic just takes time to prepare. Your first letter will flutter in with the following month’s post.
- All letters are mailed from Brisbane, Australia via regular post (untracked) at the beginning of every month.
- If you live in Australia, letters generally arrive in major cities within 2 weeks.
- International letters can take 3-4 weeks to arrive
- Part of the fun of snail mail and the lost art of letter writing is embracing not knowing exactly when you’ll receive your magical letter. We’ll email you each month when all letters have been mailed out, and we suggest keeping an eye on your mailbox for a colourful envelope towards the end of each month.

My order didn’t arrive, what do I do?
- If you haven’t received your letter within 4 weeks of being notified of posting, please get in contact with us via Enchantedmessengermail@gmail.com
Can I change my address?
- You can update your address and payment details in your customer portal. If you accidentally made a mistake with your address, don’t stress! Please update it in your customer portal under your account and let us know via email, Enchantedmessengermail@gmail.com so make the right mailbox magical.
How do I manage my subscription?
- You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. If you’ve already been charged for that month’s but cancel before its arrival, you will still receive that month’s letter.
Help! I signed up to the wrong subscription
- If you accidently signed up to Pixie Post (child friendly version) when you wanted the Enchanted Messenger (adult friendly version) or vice versa don’t worry! Send us an email at Enchantedmessengermail@gmail.com and we’ll make sure you get the right enchanted letter.
When will I be charged?
- After your first purchase, your subscription will renew on the 15th of every month.
If a payment fails, don’t worry, we’ll try again before your subscription is cancelled.
Do you use AI?
- Enchanted Messenger is about human to human connection and fairy to human connection. No AI is used in the creation of any product or letter you receive. In support of the artist community, any images not created by us have been purchased from a stock image company that doesn’t allow AI generated content.
